CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At SigiriTrip Tours (Pvt) Ltd, we understand that travel plans can change.

Day Tours: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

Multi-Day Tours: Free cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled start date for a full refund.

Cancellations made after the applicable cancellation period may be non-refundable.

No-shows: No-shows are non-refundable.

For bookings involving hotels, flights, train tickets, safari permits, entrance tickets or other third-party services, any non-refundable charges already incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Rescheduling is possible subject to availability and any applicable additional charges.

If SigiriTrip Tours cancels a booking due to circumstances within our control, we will provide an alternative arrangement or an applicable refund. For circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will work with the customer to provide the best available alternative.

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
